Teska Development was founded to develop for small builders, niche projects in smaller

communities. We strive to design to market requirements, listening to the local people,

working with local municipal governments and creating projects that will have a positive

impact on all of the stakeholders.

We design in sustainability from the ground up; maintaining trees and natural vegetation

where possible. Energy efficiency is important in our projects, adding renewables such as

Solar where the investment is to the benefit of residents and investors and ensuring the

projects are both conserving energy and protecting the environment.

Teska Development is a young Company with many years of experience. Our leaders have

been there, done that and it shows in our extensive planning and adherence to a “make it

better” philosophy.
