Vacation rentals are Short Term (One Week)

Teska has two projects to choose from:

1) Haliburton Pines

2) Simcoe Woodland

Investors can purchase a unit that must be placed in the Rental Pool. The Pool is managed by

Teska Rentals Inc., who market the units, secure the Vacationers who rent the units by the

week and, at the end of each week, clean, change the linens, etc. Teska Rentals Inc. also

performs general maintenance such as gardening and snow removal, collects the rent, pays the

bills for each unit and remits the balance to the owner.

The fee from the rental company is 25% of the rental income. Rents average about $3,000 per

week for monthly gross revenue of $12,000 per month per unit.

Owners make money from the monthly cash flow, the Renters paying down the mortgage with

their rents and by Capital Gains on the unit when sold. Owners may sell the unit at any time

with the new owners benefiting from the same arrangements.

Our information packages include project descriptions, floor plans and plate layouts, once a builder is engaged to build a project, investors can reserve a unit with a reservation fee, which can later be converted into an agreement of purchase and sale with the builder.

Investors can earn money through positive cash flow from rent, mortgage pay down by tenants, and capital gains upon selling. Typically, investors double their original investment within five years. Investors own a secure real estate investment that they can sell at any time.
