Stephen W Tunks
Mr. Tunks, a Carleton University graduate, commenced his professional journey in sales with esteemed companies such as Pitney Bowes, AES Data, Mitel Corporation, and AT&T. In 1995, he founded Noram Corporation, specializing in the installation and maintenance of satellite network systems, earth stations, and air navigation systems across East Block and Africa, later acquired by UK interests.
His tenure as an advisor to the Minister for Ontario Tourism from 2003 to 2005 marked the creation of the Ontario Outdoor Adventure Guide and strategic promotion of Ontario Tourism across the United States. Subsequently, after serving as an independent business consultant, Mr. Tunks co-founded Teska alongside Mr. Mohammadi in 2020.
With a wealth of experience in domestic and international business development, contract structuring, and financing within the energy and technology sectors spanning North America and Europe, Mr. Tunks brings invaluable expertise to Teska Development Corporation. His adeptness in government liaison, relationship management, and regulatory compliance further strengthens Teska's capabilities.
Sudhir Moorti

Gregg Buscombe
Gregg Buscombe, is a seasoned professional serving as the Construction Development Manager. With a lifetime immersed in the construction industry, Gregg's journey began within a family deeply rooted in this field. Over the past three decades, he has honed his expertise in Construction and Site Management, traversing roles from hands-on labor to intricate surveying and development oversight.
A graduate in Architectural Technology from Algonquin College, Gregg has augmented his formal education with comprehensive studies in Building Codes and certifications in Geothermal Design. His passion for woodworking fuels his enthusiasm for bringing clients' visions to fruition, particularly through the intricate use of historic and live-edge wood. Additionally, he holds a keen interest in Green Environmental Design, aligning with modern sustainability principles.

Jen Tunks
With over two decades of dedicated expertise in Project Administration, Jen brings a wealth of experience to the Teska team, ensuring meticulous documentation of customers' and investors' investments. Her extensive background in this field guarantees that all investments are properly recorded and managed, providing peace of mind to our valued stakeholders.
At the core of Jen's responsibilities is the maintenance of a comprehensive database, meticulously organised to deliver timely updates on project developments to our esteemed investors. This system ensures that investors who hold units in specific projects receive pertinent information promptly, fostering transparency and trust in our operations.
Additionally, Jen oversees the sales input system, playing a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes. She works closely with the sales team, offering guidance and support to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Jen's dedication to excellence ensures that every interaction with our sales team is nothing short of exceptional, contributing to our overarching commitment to client satisfaction.
Tim Siva
Tim Siva is the Director of Sales for Teska Development. Tim Siva has over 10 years of experience in Canadian Real-estate and mortgage industry. He has successfully arranged mortgages for over 200 homes in GTA. Tim Siva also helps in number of technical and leadership roles in North American, leading Pharmaceutical companies. He has helped develop many lifesaving drugs.
Tim Siva holds an honour degree in biological sciences from University of Toronto. He also has a post graduate degree from Toronto Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Amandeep Toor
Amandeep Toor, an Indian expatriate who embarked on his Canadian journey at 24, brings over 15 years of finance industry experience to TESKA DEVELOPMENT. With a focus on real estate lending and commercial vehicle financing, he's become a trusted authority in the field.
A family man with two children, Amandeep finds fulfillment in familial bonds while his wife, Raj, an accomplished realtor, adds her insights to their dynamic partnership.

Rajwinder Toor
